Ποιοι είμαστε

Η Known Media γυρίζει βίντεο για social media για τοπικές επιχειρήσεις στην Κύπρο. Για οτιδήποτε σχετικό με τα προσωπικά σου δεδομένα, γράψε μας στο hello@knownmedia.cy.

Ποια δεδομένα συλλέγουμε

Μόνο όσα μας δίνεις εσύ στη φόρμα «Ας μιλήσουμε»: τον τύπο και το όνομα της επιχείρησής σου, το πακέτο που σε ενδιαφέρει, την περιοχή σου, το όνομά σου, το τηλέφωνό σου, προαιρετικά το email σου και ό,τι άλλο μας γράψεις.

Πώς μας φτάνουν

Η φόρμα δεν αποθηκεύει τίποτα σε δικό μας server. Όταν πατήσεις αποστολή, ετοιμάζει το μήνυμα και το στέλνεις εσύ από το WhatsApp ή το email σου. Έτσι τα στοιχεία σου τα βλέπουμε μόνο στο WhatsApp ή στο email μας.

Γιατί τα χρησιμοποιούμε

• Για να σε καλέσουμε πίσω και να σου πούμε τι θα γυρίζαμε για την επιχείρησή σου.
• Για να ετοιμάσουμε προσφορά και, αν συνεργαστούμε, για να οργανώσουμε τα γυρίσματα.

Η νομική βάση είναι τα βήματα πριν από μια συμφωνία που ζητάς εσύ και το έννομο συμφέρον μας να απαντάμε σε όποιον μας γράφει. Δεν στέλνουμε διαφημιστικά μηνύματα και δεν πουλάμε τα στοιχεία σου.

Ποιοι άλλοι εμπλέκονται

• WhatsApp (Meta) ή ο πάροχος email σου, όταν μας στέλνεις μήνυμα.
• Cloudflare, που φιλοξενεί την ιστοσελίδα και μπορεί να καταγράφει τεχνικά στοιχεία (π.χ. διεύθυνση IP) για ασφάλεια.
• Google Fonts, από όπου φορτώνουν οι γραμματοσειρές.
• Instagram και TikTok, μόνο αν πατήσεις τα links προς τους λογαριασμούς μας.

Πόσο καιρό τα κρατάμε

Όσο χρειάζεται για να σου απαντήσουμε και, αν συνεργαστούμε, για όσο διαρκεί η συνεργασία και ό,τι απαιτεί ο νόμος. Μετά τα διαγράφουμε.

Τα δικαιώματά σου

Μπορείς να ζητήσεις πρόσβαση, διόρθωση ή διαγραφή των στοιχείων σου, περιορισμό ή εναντίωση στη χρήση τους, και να πάρεις αντίγραφό τους. Γράψε μας στο hello@knownmedia.cy. Αν θεωρείς ότι δεν τα χειριστήκαμε σωστά, μπορείς να απευθυνθείς στο Γραφείο του Επιτρόπου Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα (dataprotection.gov.cy).

Who we are

Known Media films social media videos for local businesses in Cyprus. For anything about your personal data, email us at hello@knownmedia.cy.

What we collect

Only what you give us in the “Let’s talk” form: your type of business and its name, the plan you are interested in, your area, your name, your phone number, optionally your email, and anything else you write.

How it reaches us

The form does not store anything on our own server. When you press send, it prepares the message and you send it yourself from WhatsApp or your email. So we only see your details in our WhatsApp or email.

Why we use it

• To call you back and tell you what we would film for your business.
• To prepare an offer and, if we work together, to organise the filming.

The legal basis is the steps before an agreement you ask for, and our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us. We don’t send marketing messages and we never sell your details.

Who else is involved

• WhatsApp (Meta) or your email provider, when you message us.
• Cloudflare, which hosts the website and may log technical data (e.g. IP address) for security.
• Google Fonts, which serves the fonts.
• Instagram and TikTok, only if you open the links to our profiles.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to reply to you and, if we work together, for the length of the collaboration and anything the law requires. Then we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your details, restrict or object to their use, and get a copy. Email hello@knownmedia.cy. If you think we handled them wrongly, you can contact the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy).
